Green Move In 2019

To reduce campus waste, we organised the “Green Move-Out/In” materials collection and redistribution at student residence halls in May and August 2019 respectively, saving around 200 items including clothes hangers, kitchen utensils, bedding, etc.

Reusable materials were collected from student residents who were about to leave halls in May. When new residents including local and international students arrived in the next semester, the materials were given to them for free. This activity not only helps reduce waste, but also cultivate a culture of cherishing resources among students.
