Fan coil unit zoning controls have been installed in Central Control and Monitoring System (CCMS) to facilitate the on-off control of air-conditioning in individual offices.

The system helps to cope with users’ requests for air-conditioning extensions and also enhances energy saving by centralising the control of air-conditioning.
